Redskins Rookie QB Dwayne Haskins Expected to Make 1st Career Start Sunday
By Michael Luciano

The Dwayne Haskins era might finally be upon us, but it will come against a merciless opponent.
With Case Keenum still on the mend and dealing with a concussion, Haskins will make his first NFL start for the Washington Redskins against the Buffalo Bills.

It would be difficult to intentionally craft a worse development track for a young QB.
Haskins has just 22 throws as a professional, but four of them have been intercepted, leading to questions about what the Redskins coaching staff is doing to maximize the import of his reps.
During his last year at Ohio State, Haskins threw for 4,831 yards and 50 touchdowns. He needs to hook up with college running mate Terry McLaurin if the Redskins are to stand a chance in this one.
Carson Wentz managed to break through in Week 8, but Buffalo has one of the most ferocious units in the league, especially against the pass.
Rough first spot for Dwayne Haskins. BUF is 3rd in yards per play allowed, 6th in pass defense DVOA. Still no Trent Williams or Jordan Reed. https://t.co/0EI2ZmqntF

The Bills could be an EXTREMELY rough introduction to a starting role for Haskins, but he does have a wicked arm, and maybe he can turn back the clock to his Ohio State days and shock the world.
