Richard Sherman Admits He Wanted to Banish Jim Harbaugh Out of NFL
By Jerry Trotta

For the most part, Super Bowl Opening Night came and went without any hostility.
Then came Richard Sherman, who didn't mince words when speaking on his tainted relationship with current Michigan skipper Jim Harbaugh. In fact, the five-time Pro Bowler went as far as to say that he once wanted to have him thrown out of the NFL.
Richard Sherman on moving on past the Harbaugh feud: "I wanted to put him out of the league. And once I got that done, I had no animosity toward the 49ers organization."

Talk about a bombshell revelation from Sherman. We knew that his relationship with Harbaugh was tainted, but we had no clue it was damaged beyond repair.
Harbaugh, of course, was Sherman's coach at Stanford, and the latter is still not over the former asserting that he quit on his Cardinals teammates after opting to undergo knee surgery (!) in 2008. It certainly didn't help that Sherman was drafted by the Seahawks and Harbaugh went on to coach the 49ers, both of which occurred in 2011.
Though the veteran defensive back didn't necessarily get his wish, Harbaugh is out of the NFL, and he isn't exactly enjoying his tenure in Ann Arbor, seeming to always falter on the biggest stage with the Wolverines.

It's probably fair to say that Sherman no longer holds "animosity" towards San Francisco. After all, he's managed to turn back the clock and show flashes of his All-Pro days with Seattle, and is gearing up compete for his second Super Bowl ring with the 49ers.
