Most Likely Robby Anderson Trade Destinations

The New York Jets remain mired in their trademark mediocrity, and are looking to sell off some spare parts to jumpstart yet another rebuild. The Jets are reportedly putting standout deep threat Robby Anderson on the market, due in part to both the team's struggles and Adam Gase's inability to call pass plays more than 10 yards down field. Anderson can fly and win 50/50 balls at 6-3, and that skillset could translate well to these five offenses.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars

Be it Gardner Minshew or Nick Foles under center, Jacksonville is in major need of a boost to their receiving corps. Breakout second-year speedster DJ Chark has proved he can be a No. 1 in this league, but the Jaguars could stand to upgrade on either Dede Westbrook or Marquise Lee. For the first time since the days of David Garrard, the Jaguars' air attack will be a respectable one.

4. Minnesota Vikings

Kirk Cousins suddenly morphing into Fran Tarkenton has to be one of the most surprising developments over the last month of football, as the Minnesota air attack is thriving with Stefon Diggs and Adam Thielen both in a groove with Cousins impeccably accurate down the field. With Thielen on the mend for the time being and their depth at wide receiver lacking, Anderson is a speedy insurance policy that will fit in with OC Kevin Stefanski's newfound Air Coryell mentality.

3. New Orleans Saints

Teddy Bridgewater has reeled off five straight wins for the Saints, and he's done so without a legit No. 2 wide receiver to take the pressure off of Michael Thomas. Ted Ginn, Tre'Quan Smith, and Deonte Harris are all solid receivers, but not one of them has emerged as a guy that defenses stay up at night trying to prepare for. Anderson's ability to stretch the field would both increase Thomas' opportunities and give this offense another vertical dimension.

2. Green Bay Packers

Aaron Rodgers has more than held down the fort while most of his receivers have been banged up this year, but it's fair to wonder how much longer he can keep up these numbers throwing to Jake Kumerow and Allen Lazard. Quite simply, Green Bay needs talent, and Anderson is a starting-caliber receiver that can be had for a reasonable price. Anderson would be the kind of addition that can turn the tide of the division race between the Packers and Vikings.

1. Oakland Raiders

The Raiders have been doing their homework on Anderson, as an injury to Tyrell Williams has forced them to rely on Hunter Renfrow and Trevor Davis as starting wide receivers. While Oakland's offense is based around quick throws to get the ball out of Derek Carr's hands, Jon Gruden has shown a willingness to go deep downfield recently. Anderson would give the Raiders a more complete receiver than Davis without sacrificing speed.
