How to Live Stream the Game
First pitch is scheduled for 4:05 p.m. at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. The game will be televised on AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountains and the Mid-Atlantic Sports Network, with live streams available via the MLB Streams subreddit.
Colorado Rockies Lineup
Nolan Arenado gets the day off Thursday, replaced at the hot corner by Ryan McMahon. Charlie Blackmon is leading off, having enjoyed a sensational month of June during which he slashed .412/.441/.835 with 10 home runs and 25 RBI. Trevor Story and David Dahl are next in the order, followed by cleanup hitter Daniel Murphy.
Right-hander Jeff Hoffman will make the start for the Rockies. Hoffman has had a rough go of it this year, posting a 6.75 ERA with a 1-3 record.
Washington Nationals Lineup
Trea Turner leads things off in the nation's capital, one day removed from hitting for the cycle -- the second of his career. Adam Eaton is in the two-slot, followed by star sluggers Anthony Rendon and Juan Soto.
Nationals ace Max Scherzer will take the mound, returning for the first time since July 6 after a lingering back injury forced him to the shelf. As usual, Scherzer has been nothing short of dominant this year, recording a 2.30 ERA with 181 strikeouts across 129.1 innings of work.
