Once it was announced that the legendary pitcher Roy Halladay was going to be inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame, fans were anxious to see his HOF plaque and what it would say about his illustrious career.

The plaque has finally been revealed and it's everything we could have hoped for the all-time great.

Here's the full plaque:

There's no question DOC belongs in the HOF on the first ballot, and with his tragic death still fresh on our minds, we're glad his legacy will live on among the greats.

As the plaque states, Halladay achieved a number of great accomplishments throughout his career, most notably his two no-hitters in 2010: a perfect game in the regular season, and the second no-hitter in MLB postseason history in Game 1 of the NLDS.

The entire baseball community was saddened by DOC's untimely death in 2017, but with his enshrinement into baseball immortality, it's time for us to remember just how great of a pitcher he was and how equally great he was as a human off the mound too.
