**UPDATE**

TMZ Sports has released a video of Kareem Hunt speaking with police after an alleged 'small argument' at a party in Cleveland.

It's also been confirmed by both Cleveland police spokeswoman Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia as well as Barley House (the bar in question) owner Bobby George that Kareem Hunt did NOT get in a bar fight, via WKYC.

The last thing that Kareem Hunt needed was trouble, but it's possible he may have found it anyway, according to the latest buzz.

Rumors have it that the suspended Cleveland Browns running back was involved in a bar fight in Cleveland over the weekend, though the veracity of the chatter has yet to be confirmed. This is mere speculation.

There's no police report yet, but it's not a good sign at all that Hunt's name has even come up in relation to the rumored fight.

Hunt is set to serve an eight-game suspension at the outset of the 2019 season for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy. He was handed the suspension after video surfaced of him kicking a woman in a domestic dispute.

The Kansas City Chiefs ended up cutting him midway through the season. The Browns notably picked him up in February in spite of the looming suspension. General manager John Dorsey said at the time that he believed Hunt "deserved a second chance."

Hunt was regarded as one of the best running backs in the league prior to his release from the Chiefs. In 27 career games, he totaled 2,984 yards from scrimmage, 5.6 yards per touch and 25 total touchdowns.

And while the talent may still be there, it seems that the risk Dorsey and the Browns inherited by hoping for a reform in Hunt's off-the-field behavior might have been miscalculated.

Only time will tell what's to come out of this situation.
