Russell Westbrook has great response for Stephen A. Smith
By Braulio Perez

Stephen A. Smith has been making waves this week, as he called out Washington Wizards star Russell Westbrook for not winning an NBA Finals yet in his incredible career. Smith, who is never short on words, didn't hold back in going after Brodie.
As you might have been able to guess, Westbrook responded and he did so in the best way possible, taking the high road. In the process, he really put Smith in his place.
Russell Westbrook on Stephen A. Smith's criticism of him: "I was a champion once I made it to the NBA. I grew up in the streets. I'm a champion."

Remarkable. Westbrook's response is that he's already a champion, as he grew up in serious poverty and made his way to UCLA and then to the league. Oh and by the way, Westbrook has already captured an MVP, taking home the honor in 2017.
Yes, he doesn't have a Finals ring yet, but there's still time for that to happen. Even if he doesn't, Westbrook will always be remembered as a phenomenal player for years to come.
