Russell Wilson had emotional message for Chris Carson

Earlier this week, some sad news came in that Seattle Seahawks running back Chris Carson announced his retirement due to his neck injury. Carson was a beast for Seattle when healthy, but he won't be putting on the pads again.

Carson spent five seasons in Seattle with Russell Wilson, with the two obviously developing a close relationship. Wilson sent him an emotional message on Twitter to thank him for being such a great teammate.

Carson was an all-around good guy and a fantastic player. Countless Seahawks fans out there are going to miss watching him do his thing on Sundays.
