VIDEO: Dolphins Stun Patriots With Late Ryan Fitzpatrick TD Pass to Gift Chiefs No. 2 Seed in AFC
By Michael Luciano

The Miami Dolphins walked into Gillette Stadium figuring to be a doormat for the New England Patriots, but a rejuvenated Ryan Fitzpatrick and a hungry Brian Flores came in with an upset on their mind. Miami took a 27-24 lead with under 30 seconds to go as Fitzpatrick linked up with tight end Mike Gesicki in the end zone, capping off a 300-yard day in the air for Fitzpatrick.

New England's struggles on both sides of the ball were noticeable, and the Patriots don't have tons of momentum as the playoffs are arriving. Tom Brady couldn't orchestrate a 25-second drill to get the Pats in field goal range, and the Dolphins have stunned New England in consecutive seasons.
Bill Belichick and Co. will now have to host the AFC Wild Card Game instead of getting next week off.
