Ryan Howard Posts Adorable Photo While Sending Son off to College

Ryan Howard seems to be just as good of a father as he was a home run hitter back in his playing days.
The former Philadelphia Phillies slugger posted an absolutely adorable photo of him and his son, Darian, while sending him off to college.
If that doesn't make you feel old, I'm not sure what will.
While it might feel like just a short while since Howard's MVP campaign, it's actually been 13 years.
Darian is trying to follow in his father's footsteps and make his way to the MLB. A Wallace Community College commit, he's ranked 500th overall in the nation according to Perfect Game, and he stands as the 91st ranked third baseman.
It's a tall order to live up to. Ryan Howard was one of the league's most feared power hitters less than a decade ago. The 2006 NL MVP finished his career with 382 home runs, 198 of which came during a four-year stretch from 2006 to 2009.
He finished his career with three All-Star Game selections, 1,194 runs batted in and a respectable .852 OPS. Had it not been for a nagging Achilles injury, he could have gone on to be one of the greatest power hitters in the history of baseball.
He's laid the groundwork for Darian to continue the family baseball name, and now he's sending him on the next step of that journey.
