Saints Planning to Waive CB Ken Crawley Ahead of Trade Deadline to Free up Cap Space

With the NFL's 4 P.M. Tuesday trade deadline fast approaching, teams are doing everything possible to improve their roster, including freeing up cap space.
One team that's doing this is the New Orleans Saints, who are going to waive cornerback Ken Crawley.

Crawley has served as the third string behind Eli Apple and P.J. Williams. He's seen very little playing time, only appearing in one game and accumulating no stats.
There aren't any in-game highlights of him this year, but he did make a nice interception back in training camp.

The Saints will look to make the move any way possible to free up some money to get other players at the deadline as they hope to get back to the Super Bowl.

They're likely looking at receivers, with A.J. Green being a possible name they're pursuing.
