Drew Brees has been peppered with questions about his NFL future at the Pro Bowl festivities this weekend. The New Orleans Saints signal caller confirmed on Saturday that he has yet to make a decision on his playing future, and will keep matters private for the time being.

It's coming in bits and pieces, but Brees has provided a little more clarification for fans in the Big Easy. In an interview with the Times-Picayune, the 41-year-old vet disclosed that he will make his all-important retirement decision in about "a month or so."

"I'm really waiting until football is totally done," Brees said, via Amie Just of nola.com. "Obviously being here (at the Pro Bowl), I'm just very much focused on my family and this opportunity to be around the guys, playing the game. Then, I'll kind of lay low for a little bit, get away and then assess...I kind of have a process in mind. And I'll give it a month or so."

We finally have a timetable, and all that's left to do now is wait and let the future Hall of Famer mull over the positives and negatives.

Brees is slated to become a free agent this offseason, but all indicators suggest that New Orleans would welcome him back in a heartbeat, as was voiced by GM Mickey Loomis. Brees has also previously stated that he had no intentions of playing for another franchise, so Saints fans shouldn't need to worry about the possibility of him suiting up for another franchise in 2020.

For now, Saints fans will have to simply play the waiting game until Brees finally reveals his future plans.
