After signing with the New Orleans Saints this offseason, veteran cornerback Kayvon Webster will not get much run after all.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Webster has been cut, as the team continues the process of trimming down their roster to 53 players.

Webster, 28, was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the third round back in 2013, and after spending the first four seasons of his career with them, it's been quite the journey for the veteran DB.

He signed a two-year deal with the Rams back in 2017, and after just one year, he was released, before latching on with the Houston Texans for just two games.

Over six NFL seasons, Webster appeared in 67 games (15 starts) and racked up 109 combined tackles, 21 passes defended, two interceptions and one forced fumble.

Now that he's not with the Saints, he'll look to find a new home where he can, at the very least, be a depth piece in the secondary.
