The Seattle Seahawks added another quality offensive lineman to their stable of country-strong interior protectors, as they used a third-round pick on LSU guard Damien Lewis, who helped keep Joe Burrow upright last year. The 335-pound guard is one of the best players in the draft at putting defensive linemen on their back, as evidenced by his standout tape from LSU's demolition of Arkansas.

That's no walk-on he's pancaking. That's Arkansas' McTelvin Agim, a Shrine Bowl star and former top recruit that should be selected later in the draft.

If Lewis is able to do that consistently in the NFL, he could ascend into the starting lineup and help keep Russell Wilson on his feet in the pocket.

Lewis was a two-year starter at LSU, and you would be hard-pressed to find an LSU coach that has one bad word to say about him. Lewis should be a quality addition to the Seattle offensive line if he works on improving his athletic ability.
