Seahawks TE Will Dissly Carted Off Field With Troubling Achilles Injury
By Michael Luciano

The Seattle Seahawks might have unearthed one of the gems of the 2018 NFL draft in tight end Will Dissly, as he has quickly formed a great relationship with Russell Wilson. His terrific start to his pro career might be on the verge of getting cut short due to a scary injury, however.
Dissly was carted off the field against the Cleveland Browns with what is considered to be an Achilles issue.

Originally viewed as purely a blocking tight end when the Seahawks used a fourth-round pick on him, he's quickly become an extremely talented receiver. Dissly has racked up 262 yards receiving while adding four touchdowns in just five games, emerging as one of the most complete young tight ends in the league.
Luke Willson, who was recently re-acquired from the Detroit Lions, is expected to take over the majority of the snaps with Dissly out.

The tight end usually features extremely prominently in a Brian Scottenheimer offense, so the loss of Dissly will be one that could cause some major unrest in the Seattle passing game.
