Sergio Agüero officially announces retirement from soccer

The day that no one was hoping would arrive has. That's because an emotional Sergio Aguero held a press conference on Wednesday morning and officially announced his retirement from soccer.
Aguero, one of the best strikers of his generation, has a heart problem and it has forced him to hang up his cleats early.

This really is a sad day for the sport. While Aguero last played for Barcelona, he'll always be remembered for his historic career with Man City. No one will ever forget his goal against QPR to steal the title away from Manchester United. What a player he was.
