It must be said that Shaquille O'Neal and Stevie Wonder are two of the greatest ever to do it in their respective fields. After retiring from the NBA, the Big Aristotle has transitioned into a career in television as a member of "Inside the NBA" on TNT, and he told a story this week about an encounter he had with the iconic musician back in the day -- and it's the kind of thing that sticks with you.

The Basketball Hall of Famer claims that the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, who has been blind for essentially his entire life, recognized him and called him by his name when the two ran into one another on an elevator. This has led to Shaq crafting his very own conspiracy theory:

That Little Stevie can actually see.

“He comes in, says, 'what’s up Shaq,'" O'Neal said when describing the experience. "I went and called every person I knew and told the story. They didn’t believe me.”

Shaq isn't the only person who believes Stevie is not actually blind, either.

We don't even want to know what Kyrie Irving thinks about this.
