The Spurs will begin Summer League play with a few interesting prospects making their debut, including top draft choices Keldon Johnson and Luka Semanic.
Johnson had a solid freshman season for the Kentucky Wildcats, averaging 13.5 points, with 5.9 rebounds and 1.6 assists, and was the best freshman in the SEC. Meanwhile, Semanic is a 6-foot-11 power forward that can do a little bit of everything on the floor, which is incredibly enticing for head coach Gregg Popovich.
Winner #3: San Antonio Spurs. Even with only low first round picks, the Spurs made themselves a lot better. Luka Semanic has a chance to become a more guard-like form of Nikola Jokic, while Keldon Johnson brings even more two-way talent to an already formidable young backcourt.

Both players will look to make a name for themselves in the summer league starting with this first game against the Cavs.
On the side for the Cavs, they will not have Darius Garland available to them during their game against the Spurs. However, they will have former USC guard Kevin Porter Jr. and Belmont forward Dylan Windler.

Porter Jr. will be out to prove the doubters wrong, as he dropped to the 30th pick after being considered widely to be a lottery-level talent. Dylan Windler will be looking to do the same, as he looks to prove that his 21.3 points and 10.8 rebounds during his senior year at Belmont were the real thing.
