There's been a lot of news lately regarding New York Mets pitcher Noah Syndergaard and his woes with being paired up with catcher Wilson Ramos for many of his starts.

Well, yeah, Thor has a pretty good reason for that.

That's a horrendous stat line no matter what angle you look at it. It's pretty understandable as to why Syndergaard is fed up with having Ramos as his battery partner. Thor has historically been good for the Mets and deserves to have at least some say in who serves as his catcher.

With a playoff race that currently finds the Mets only three games out of an NL Wild Card spot, one would figure that the team would do everything in its power to optimize their chances of winning every game.

Nope.

Syndergaard is saying all the right things in the media pertaining to this situation, but there's only so much emotion he can hide during games, especially during his atrocious outings with Ramos behind the dish.

As manager Mickey Callaway and the Mets continue to force this partnership, their relationship with Syndergaard is likely deteriorating, which leads many to believe that he'll eventually be traded this upcoming offseason.

There were already rumors about it at this year's deadline, so if this continues to be a problem, don't be surprised if it happens in a couple months.
