Steelers Fan Turned Draft Pick Kevin Dotson Gets a Shoutout From Jerome Bettis on Twitter

The Pittsburgh Steelers added to the offensive line during the 2020 NFL Draft with the selection of Kevin Dotson. The former Louisiana Ragin' Cajun is a 6-4 offensive guard and will have a chance to launch a successful career after going in the fourth round.
The coolest part for Dotson is that he is going to his favorite team. A Steelers fan going to play in Pittsburgh is a dream come true and will make him a popular pick in town. Better yet, Steelers legend Jerome Bettis gave Dotson a shoutout on Twitter to add to the great week for the lineman.
Welcome to the @steelers fam Kevin Dotson!! Can’t wait to meet you brother. https://t.co/vQAboe2Ay9

Not only was Dotson a Steelers fan, he was a huge Jerome Bettis supporter as well. Using the No. 36 on his passwords shows the dedication and it has to be surreal to get a shoutout from your all-time favorite player.
"All that we ask is all you got, BIG MAN!"

Steelers fans love hometown guys and Dotson being a fan of the team helps him earn respect right away. His goal now is to make the team, and that will start this Summer in Latrobe.
