Steelers Duck Call QB Devlin Hodges Rocks Perfect Shirt Pregame Against Chargers

Pittsburgh Steelers third-string quarterback Devlin Hodges might not have an NFL start under his belt, but that doesn't mean he's lacking confidence.

The undrafted rookie out of Samford College, which is an FCS school, for those wondering, was spotted rocking a perfect pregame shirt ahead of the Steelers showdown versus the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday night.

Well, if Hodges wasn't a fan favorite in the Steel City before this photo emerged from warm-ups, he certainly is now. Peep Hodges trolling Los Angeles with the quote on his shirt, which reads "I'm The Boss California."

Of course, Devlin became a national treasure during his redshirt freshman year at Samford, because of his sheer adoration for duck hunting and duck calling (he's a champion, after all). His head coach even started calling him "Duck," and before too long, it materialized into a household nickname amongst his teammates.

If his pregame attire wasn't an indicator, Hodges wholeheartedly embraces the nickname and his love for ducks.

The 23-year-old can certainly talk the talk. Let's see, however, if he's able to walk the walk with a positive showing under center against a team he opted to troll before his full-game NFL debut.

He's certainly playing a dangerous game.
