VIDEO: James Harrison's Workout at Age 42 Will Blow Your Mind
Former Pittsburgh Steelers defender James Harrison celebrated his 42nd birthday on Monday. Most people may be laying off insane workouts at that age and celebrating with a cold beer or by just relaxing. Not Harrison. He is still pushing a nearly 2,000-pound sled to stay in peak physical condition while in retirement.
This is absolutely insane for anyone who just turned 42, regardless of whether they played in the NFL or not. He basically took all the weights from a gym, put them on the sled, and pushed it without too much difficulty, all after being retired from the NFL since 2018.
The Steelers legend was also known for being a physical force. He stood only 6-0, but may have been one of the strongest pound-for-pound players in the league. That may remain true today, after seeing him push nearly a ton to celebrate his birthday.
Harrison claimed he was done for good last time he retired, yet we all know he would not have a tough time playing again given his latest feat of strength.
