Mason Rudolph Replaces Duck Hodges After Second Pick of First Half Against Jets
By Michael Luciano

Devlin Hodges was trying to put his nightmare four interception game against the Buffalo Bills behind him, but two turnovers early against the New York Jets prompted a change.
As we expected, Mike Tomlin benched Hodges quickly after a lackluster first half against the Jets, as Mason Rudolph has once again been re-entrenched as the starting quarterback.
Mason Rudolph just got off the #Steelers bench, hugged Maurkice Pouncey and is now taking snaps to warm up. Looks like it's happening.

Hodges threw two interceptions in the first half against the Jets, one of which was in the Jets' end zone. The undrafted free agent out of Samford has been a nice surprise who has helped the Steelers to a few wins against some pretty solid teams, but his pixie dust has run out as Rudolph, a former star out of Oklahoma State, is back as the starter.

The era of Duck was fun while it lasted, but he's shown his true colors over the last few weeks. It's up to Rudolph to keep Pittsburgh's playoff hopes alive.
