Stefon Diggs Was Reportedly Really Pissed at Kirk Cousins for Checking Down on a Free Play
By Michael Luciano

The soap opera that is the Minnesota Vikings took another interesting twist late in their extremely poor first half against the Denver Broncos. Kirk Cousins, who has been objectively awful on Sunday, had a chance to huck one downfield to Stefon Diggs on a free play with zero repercussions, but decided to check down instead.
This drew the ire of Diggs, who lost it after Kirk chose not to connect with him.
Stefon Diggs is visibly upset that the Vikings had a free play after a Broncos offside penalty and Kirk Cousins threw it in the flat to the fullback.

Diggs has every right to be upset, as he doesn't have a single catch, after being shut down by Chris Harris and Vic Fangio's defense.
The Vikings have almost as many penalty yards as total yards gained, which is exceedingly strange, given how hot they've been over the last few weeks.
No targets for Stefon Diggs?

Goodness. This team. https://t.co/RQjWNyxNrE
Yup. With a chance to have an absolute party, Cousins chose to look his fullback's way instead of Diggs in no man's land.
The Vikings might be rolling of late, but this is as good an excuse as any for Diggs to once again throw a hissy fit and demand a trade out of Minnesota. We all knew what he did the last time Minnesota struggled moving the ball.
