Stone Cold Steve Austin Wearing an Alabama Face Mask Will Make Every Texas Longhorn Sick
By Tyler Kemp
Texas Longhorns football is one of the truly historic brands in college sports. For the last decade, the fans of UT have not been treated to the best possible performances from their Horns, as their most recent national championship appearance was back in 2010 when they lost to Alabama, but the pride never fades down in Austin.
Although there are no games being played, once again, fans of the Burnt Orange have lost a prized possession that they must have been convinced belonged to them. This time? WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin, who was born right smack in Austin, Texas.
Shield your eyes, Horns, before it’s too late! You don't need to subject yourself to such a thing as this.
The Texas Rattlesnake posted a photo wearing an Alabama Crimson Tide face mask while driving. Good for Stone Cold for following the safety imperatives in these days of COVID-19, but shame on him for disrespecting his hometown’s titanic college football program!
Although Stone Cold represents Texas through and through, this will not place him in a favorable light with the people of the city in which he drew his first breath of air. Hopefully, Austin can get a shipment of UT face masks straight from the school's athletic department in order to ameliorate this situation.
