Suns Forward Josh Jackson Arrested at Music Festival for Trying to Break Into VIP Section
By Michael Luciano

Can the Phoenix Suns go one week without completly derailing any positive momentum they had going?
Just as there started to be some optimism around the Suns after the hiring of Monty Williams as head coach, young forward Josh Jackson was arrested at the Rolling Loud Music Festival in Miami Gardens after trying to sneak into the VIP area without a pass.

Jackson tried to enter VIP area many times without proper pass, source says.
After cops handcuffed him, he ran away.
He's charged with escape and resisting arrest. pic.twitter.com/Km8vVNrKQe
Escape! You can be charged with that?
Jackson needed a strong offseason to establish himself as part of the Suns' future after a bad 2018 season. His scoring declined from 13.1 to 11.5 points per game, while his shooting stayed at a subpar 41%. With Devin Booker's leap to stardom and the exceptional play of DeAndre Ayton, Jackson isn't guaranteed a place as a member of Phoenix's young core.
Safe to say this isn't exactly starting the offseason on the right foot.
I’ve been to 20+ music festivals. All it takes to get in to a music festival is money. And if you’re famous, you don’t even need money. The fact that JOSH JACKSON a famous millionaire tried to sneak in to a festival multiple times until he was arrested is incomprehensible.

You ever wonder how bad teams stay bad? This is how. Star players and major young pieces keep getting into dumb incidents with the long arm of the law.
