VIDEO: Super Bowl LIV National Anthem and God Bless America Renditions Were Awesome
By Sean Facey
The opening ceremonies of the Super Bowl always set the tone for what's to come, and as we've seen in past sporting events like the NBA All-Star Game, a bad production of the National Anthem can be catastrophic. But that wasn't a problem ahead of Super Bowl LIV. Both "God Bless America" and the National Anthem were simply superb.
Yolanda Adams did a fantastic job setting the stage with "God Bless America." It was poetic in every sense of the word.
Not to be outdone, though, Demi Levato absolutely crushed the National Anthem. She did such a fantastic job that it might make most future renditions pale in comparison.
Lovato and Adams both knocked it out of the park with their vocal cords, and if the game is even half as good as their signing, football fans everywhere will be in for a major treat.
