In the middle of what has been an excellent offseason for Jeremy Pruitt and the suddenly resurgent Tennessee Volunteers, a major offensive contributor found himself arrested due to drug and firearm possession.

Senior running back Tim Jordan was arrested in his native Florida after he was pulled over during a traffic stop. In the middle of the stop, Jordan admitted to carrying a gun despite lacking a permit.

Jordan, who was described as "extremely nervous" in the police report, was arrested along with a 17-year-old he was in the car with. He has officially been charged with carrying a concealed firearm, possession of 20 grams or less of marijuana, and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.

Jordan has split carries with Ty Chandler over the last few seasons, with Jordan serving as the short-yardage back. Jordan has totaled 950 rushing yards and four touchdowns under Pruitt in Knoxville.

On a stacked Tennessee running back depth chart, one slip-up is enough to cost you major playing time. Jordan's carries could decrease in 2020 after his poor judgement in the offseason.
