This Texans-Jets Trade for Jamal Adams Could Save Bill O'Brien's Reputation as GM
By Michael Luciano

New York Jets superstar Jamal Adams has grown increasingly frustrated with the lack of a new contract despite the fact other 2017 draftee stars have received new deals. Well, the team is still lagging behind, and now the former LSU star has reportedly requested a trade.
Adams presented Bill O'Brien with a chance to earn back all the goodwill he lost due to the DeAndre Hopkins trade, as the Jets star named Houston as one of the seven teams he would welcome a trade to.
Here are the seven teams to which Jets’ Pro-Bowl safety Jamal Adams would welcome a trade, per source:

The Texans don't have a ton of ammunition in terms of draft picks. The team traded away their first- and second-round picks in the Laremy Tunsil deal. A third-round pick in 2021 and a first-round pick in 2022 might be the drastic means they'll have to resort to.
Will Fuller could be a player to watch in a potential Adams deal too, given how he's currently caught in the middle of a wide receiver logjam in Houston and how Adam Gase values speed above all else in his wide receivers. Fuller would give the Jets an impact player at a position of need, which Joe Douglas should be demanding in any potential Adams trade.
Will Fuller is back.

The Titans almost went to the Super Bowl last year, and the Colts got significantly better this offseason. The best way for Houston to remain a threat in the AFC South is to add one of the best defensive backs in all of football in Adams for just a few draft picks and a speedy wideout.
