VIDEO: Texas Rangers Show off New Stadium With Amazing Drone Footage

While we've derided the Texas Rangers in the not-so-distant past for building their new stadium in their rival Houston Astros' image, things have changed -- we'd take ANY stadium right now, even if it looked like Shea Stadium. Luckily, though, the finished product in Texas is incredibly sleek and really impressive, and these jaw-dropping drone shots further underscore how state-of-the-art it is.

Wow. They got every angle, and they also got our mouths watering.

This new ballpark in Arlington certainly evokes the football stadium that usually dominates headlines in Dallas -- and hey, there's no harm in trying to live up to the great name of your neighbor.

Rangers fans were already thankful for the promise of air conditioning, but it looks like there's so much more to love about this brand-new launching pad. And, don't forget the ballpark won't be the ONLY thing in Dallas with a new look when baseball returns.

We don't want to get too far ahead of ourselves, but...this looks like a pretty sweet site for a neutral-site World Series, no?
