There's Another Vikings-Anthony Harris Update and Quite Frankly We're Sick of it
By Brady Williams

The Minnesota Vikings' bumpy offseason is headed for a pothole. QB Kirk Cousins already received an extension, and they traded star receiver Stefon Diggs to the Buffalo Bills. However, the most confusing ongoing story is free safety Anthony Harris's status with the team.
He's been franchise tagged and placed squarely on the trade block, but now the Vikings are apparently still trying to work out a deal with Harris.
ESPN reporter Josina Anderson claims a long-term contract is possible, but still not a certainty.
Source: I'm told t/ #Vikings & S Anthony Harris r expected to resume discussions on his status & long-term deal. There were talks towards end of Mar. I'm told a deal is in t/ "realm" of what's necessary to finalize but Harris knows other factors cd still impact his future in Min.

So basically, we still don't know what's going to happen. The Vikings are negotiating, but Harris still has "other factors" that could make him leave. Yawn.
Harris is a phenomenal player who recorded 60 tackles and six interceptions in 2019. However, the Vikings were prepared to trade him at the start of the offseason.

Whether the Vikings are officially going to keep him or not, a decision has to be made sooner or later. This is exhausting.
