VIDEO: Tim Tebow's Tracking on Harrison Bader's Leadoff Home Run Proves He'll Never Make the MLB
By Karl Rasmussen

Mets fans frequently joke about seeing Tim Tebow get called up to the big leagues. The former Florida Gators football star turned baseball player has been practicing his trade in the minors for a few years now, trying to earn a call-up as an outfielder. Well, his bat hasn't come along quite yet, and based on this clip from Sunday's Spring Training game, his fielding is far from at the level it needs to be.
Tebow, where are you running? https://t.co/rtjIaoXBHX

Watch Tebow start booking it towards center field, only to quickly cut back towards the warning track and watch the ball sail over the wall. If there was a chart of his route, it would look like a letter 'J' rather than a diagonal line.
It's clear from the start that Tebow genuinely has no idea where this ball was going, and while he never really had a chance to make a play on it, he still managed to make a noticeable slip up in the field.

.163 BA (AAA rank = 314th*)
.240 OBP (AAA rank = 314th*)
.255 SLG (AAA rank = 314th*)
.495 OPS (AAA rank = 314th*)
*rank is among the 314 players that accumulated 200+ AB in AAA last year:
Those numbers say it all. Offensively, Tebow's game is... terrible. After watching him attempt to track that blast from Bader, we can comfortably say the same about his defense.
The XFL is watching this clip with great intrigue.
