If you're interested in buying property near Boston, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen's nearly 10,000-square-foot, brick house in Brookline, Massachusetts, is up for sale.

And the couple just lowered the asking price by $5 million! Now, all it will cost is $33.9 million.

Who doesn't love a good deal?

The mansion sits on a five-acre estate and is hidden between between a private liberal arts college and one of the oldest golf clubs in the country.

Designed by celebrity architect Richard Landry and built in 2015, the house incorporates "New England vernacular architecture and boasts warm, modern interiors with rustic details like painted brick and exposed ceiling beams."

Brady scared some people when the house was originally put on the market this summer. Rumors of his retirement started floating around NFL circles, but the quarterback was quick to shoot them down.

Luckily for the Patriots, and maybe no one else, it doesn't look like Brady is going to retire anytime soon, if ever.
