Tom Brady Has Reportedly Kept in 'Consistent Contact' With Antonio Brown This Offseason About Playing Together
By Brendan Balsamo
As the buzz surrounding the Tom Brady free agent sweepstakes continues to heat up, some rumors of a possible reunion are coming along with it too.
According to ESPN's Dan Graziano and Jeremy Fowler, two sources close to Antonio Brown have said that Tom Brady has kept in consistent contact with the veteran wide receiver about possibly playing together wherever Brady ends up next season.
Brown was with the New England Patriots and Brady for a single game in 2019 before getting released for allegations of sexual assault. Since then he has remained out of the NFL and is continually making headlines for his antics. It truly is a shame because he was an incredible talent as a wide receiver and was arguably the best in the NFL.
But it seems like Brady wants to throw to Brown in 2020 considering he has apparently been telling Brown to stay "mentally and physically strong" so that they can team up soon.
Rumors have surrounded Brady all offseason, but nothing has appeared to materialize as of yet. However, his situation just got a lot more intriguing with this revelation.
