Tom Brady Will Be Renting Derek Jeter's Mansion After Arriving in Tampa
By Michael Luciano
Upon leaving the New England Patriots for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the first order of business for quarterback Tom Brady was finding a place to live worthy of one of the greatest players in football history. Brady has confirmed his move to Tampa Bay, and Derek Jeter deserves credit for helping TB12 decide on a place to stay.
The New York Yankees legend and Florida resident owns a 30,000 square foot mansion in the Tampa Bay area fit for a king. Tampa Bay Times reporter Rick Stroud confirmed that Jeter is allowing Brady to rent out that mansion now that he is officially a Buccaneer.
Jeter, who is spending most of his time down in Miami running the show for the Marlins, was gracious enough to lend his fellow Michigan man a place to crash.
Jeter's 30,000 square foot palace on the waterfront is in the ritzy Davis Islands neighborhood, which is home to some of Tampa's most notable residents, including Tampa Bay Lightning star Steven Stamkos.
Brady's New England palace might have been one of the nicest athlete-owned homes you'll ever find, but he isn't exactly going from living at the Four Seasons to slumming it in Tampa.
