VIDEO: Tom Brady's Final Pass as a Patriot is the Most Depressing Thing New England Fans Can Watch Right Now
By Michael Luciano
Tom Brady, who has been the captain of the New England Patriots' ship over the last two decades, has decided to leave the only organization he has ever known ahead of the 2020 season. With Brady himself confirming that he has played his last down as a Patriot, that confirms the last pass he threw in a New England uniform was an interception to Tennessee Titans cornerback Logan Ryan in the Titans' 20-13 Wild Card win in Foxborough. It was also a pick-six.
Avert your eyes, Patriot fans.
As gut-wrenching as it may be to see Brady's final pass as a Patriot end up as an uncharacteristic mistake, that will do little to erase the two decades of dominance in both the AFC East, the AFC, and the entire NFL.
For a guy who has done nothing but produce, dominate, and win for the last two decades, the last memory we'll have of Brady in a Patriots uniform is a pick-six in a Wild Card loss against one of his former teammates. What a gut punch that must be for Patriots diehards.
