Tom Brady's Free Agent Market May Be Weaker Than Expected

Where Tom Brady ends up playing in 2020 is one of the biggest storylines to follow this NFL offseason.
Brady has been linked to a number of teams and could still return to the New England Patriots. That reunion seemed to hit a bit of a snag when it was revealed that Brady and head coach Bill Belichick spoke Tuesday and didn't accomplish much. That news also helped reveal Brady's free agent market may not be as robust as it seems.
They did speak. Don't know the tenor of it. Do know that the Brady market is not nearly as strong as is being portrayed and this may explain the number of leaks and attempts to link the QB with different organizations, including San Fran. #staytuned https://t.co/qetkCthVQB

Brady has been linked to the San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Chargers, Tennessee Titans, Indianapolis Colts, and Las Vegas Raiders in constant rumors this offseason. But how real is all of that interest?
Could it all just be smoke as other teams look to capitalize on other areas of the free agency market?
Amid Tom Brady rumors, sources have told @tomecurran that Kyle Shanahan has "some reservations about (Jimmy) Garoppolo’s ceiling and overall decision making." ?https://t.co/d457ofyWHB pic.twitter.com/sbhi3NYkGT

Brady is going to be 43 in August and teams may be wary of sinking too much money and faith in someone of that age. Then again, his postseason pedigree is undeniable and a team on the cusp of greatness could use him under center. How aggressively said team will be in their pursuit is unclear, however.
