Tom Brady Had Elbow Wrapped at Press Conference Following Win Over Bills
Tom Brady suffered an elbow injury a few weeks back and has fought through the pain to help lead the New England Patriots to a 12-3 record and yet another AFC East title.
Brady often gives off the impression of being a superhuman thanks to his TB12 method, but the heavy wrap on his elbow following Saturday's game showed otherwise.
The official diagnosis all week has been tennis elbow. Yet this wrap seems to signal Brady is dealing with something more. That's not an ideal situation for someone who makes a living throwing a football.
This injury could be serious but if Brady says he is fine, he is going to be out there on the field no matter what. The Patriots are also tight-lipped about mostly everything so there may not be any more updates unless they come from Brady himself.
The Patriots are still fighting for a first-round bye and the top-overall seed in the AFC. Getting that bye would allow Brady a much-needed week off to heal whatever is now ailing his elbow. He can also take it easy by not throwing it too much next Sunday in what should be an easy win over the Miami Dolphins.
