Tom Brady's Latest Business Decision Should Scare Patriots Fans About QB's Move to Los Angeles
By Scott Rogust
Nobody knows what decision free agent quarterback Tom Brady will make once the new league year commences on March 18. Considering he spent his entire career with the New England Patriots, Brady is going to keep his decision close to his chest, drag everyone on a ride, and finally announce his move on his own time.
On Monday, Brady announced the creation of his production company, 199 Productions, where he will work alongside popular "Avengers: Endgame" producers Anthony and Joe Russo. Brady is going Hollywood, and Patriots fans should be at least a bit concerned.
This obviously means Brady will have to spend some time out on the west coast to work on his first project, "Unseen Football," which has been described as an incandescent, fast-paced 3D adventure documentary that allows viewers to experience the invisible realms of football.
Of course, the rumor mill is churning, and there's a team out west that's been linked to Brady for quite some time: the Los Angeles Chargers.
The squad recently parted ways with longtime signal caller Philip Rivers, leaving a vacancy at the position. Considering Brady grew up in California, the Chargers have become a much-discussed suitor for his services, despite their insistence of being happy with the quarterbacks currently on their roster.
While nothing is set in stone, everything is on the table as to where Brady will play in 2020 and beyond. Brady, in fact, told former coach Charlie Weis that "nobody knows anything." With Brady broadening his horizons in Hollywood, Patriots fans should brace themselves and get ready if the six-time Super Bowl champion decides to end his career elsewhere.
