One of the best playmakers in the 2020 NFL Draft finally went off the board with the No. 45 pick, as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers added Minnesota defensive back Antoine Winfield Jr. to Todd Bowles' secondary.

Winfield is the son of former Pro Bowl cornerback Antoine Winfield Sr., who is actually only a few months older than new Bucs quarterback Tom Brady. He even managed to intercept Brady during a 2001 matchup.

Indeed, TB12 is quite literally old enough to be Antoine Jr.'s father.

Winfield Sr. was a 14-year NFL veteran who played five years with the Buffalo Bills and nine years with the Minnesota Vikings. He made three Pro Bowls and picked off 27 passes in his career.

If the younger Winfield, an undersized defensive back just like his father, turns out to be half the player dad was, Tampa Bay will have picked up a solid player who will outlast Brady on the roster by a good chunk of years.

Brady is older than everyone else on Tampa's roster by a good margin, but accepting the fact that he is as old or older than some players' FATHERS has to be a bit of an ego check for TB12.
