Tom Brady Really Thinks Officials Leaving One Second on Clock Sunday Means Refs Are Against Patriots

Never has there been a falser dichotomy in the history of sports.

The New England Patriots had their hands full with the Dallas Cowboys (and Mother Nature) on Sunday afternoon. Regardless, the Patriots held on to win 13-9.

While many are pointing to the bogus tripping penalty on Cowboys center Travis Frederick as a killer that cost Dallas a chance of victory, quarterback Tom Brady is pointing to another play that proves his life is so, so hard.

After Brady threw an incomplete pass on 4th and goal high in the air to supposedly end the game, he was stunned to find out that the referees were giving the Cowboys the ball with one second remaining. Brady believed the ball was still in the air when the clock hit zero, but on-field officials saw otherwise.

The six-time Super Bowl Champion then went onto say he doesn't believe the Patriots get the advantage in games due to...this one minuscule thing.

The sound you just heard was the collective scoff of non-Patriots fans around the world. Plus, your six rings are still glowing.

Cowboys fans have more of a gripe than Brady does, following the aforementioned tripping penalty that cost Dallas a first down and a potential opportunity to win the game. Yet, it's all moot, as they now fall to 6-5.

Even in victory, the New England Patriots are still trying to make themselves underdogs...like they did last season...when they were 11-5.
