Trevor Ariza's been around the NBA too damn long to have his career end via a nutmeg highlight. In Saturday night's Hawks-Rockets game, Trae Young pulled into his bag of tricks and almost succeeded in his dribble-drive attempt that went right through Ariza's legs. The only catch? Ariza wasn't a willing participant, and checked Young to end the highlight in its tracks.

You gotta respect the hustle.

Ariza may be on the last legs of his NBA career, but back in his day, such disrespect wouldn't be tolerated. The 34-year-old has long been one of the best wing defenders in the NBA. He's not about to let Young sully his reputation.
