VIDEO: Trevor Lawrence Opens ACC Title Game With TD Throws to Tee Higgins and Justyn Ross

Clemson and Virginia are facing off in the 2019 ACC Championship, and things are going as expected early on in the first quarter, as Trevor Lawrence hit Tee Higgins for an easy 19-yard touchdown, giving Clemson a one-score lead.

That's about as easy as it can get, as Higgins simply shed the Virginia defender to run in for the touchdown.
The Cavaliers managed to add a score of their own, but it wasn't long before Lawrence struck again, airing it out to star wideout Justyn Ross for a huge 59-yard TD bomb.

Virginia isn't going to lean over and die in this one, but they're up against a buzzsaw of a team. Expect things to heat up even more in short order under the lights tonight.
