Well, Mancini revealed the reason for his absence on Friday, alerting fans that he'd undergone a procedure to remove a malignant tumor from his colon. Well, in some encouraging news, the Baltimore Orioles star sent out a positive video update assuring fans that he has high hopes for his recovery and his future after Friday's successful procedure.
