Tua Tagovailoa Announces He Should Be Medically Cleared for Full Participation in Alabama Pro Day

Tua Tagovailoa arrived at the NFL Combine facing a multitude of questions regarding his recovery from November hip surgery.
Thus far, the former Alabama signal caller has received positive updates, and doctors wholly believe that he'll make a full recovery.
Though Tagovailoa isn't well enough yet to take part in physical drills in Indianapolis this week, he did reveal that he expects to be medically cleared by Alabama's Mar. 24 pro day, expecting full clearance on Mar. 9.
Start the countdown, folks.
Tua anticipates that he'll get the long-awaited clearance from his doctors in two weeks' time. That sets the 21-year-old up perfectly in terms of being able to get in a full workout before April's draft, where he projects to be a high selection.
In more good news concerning the Hawaii native, NFL insider Ian Rapoport reported that Tagovailoa has not experienced a loss of blood flow in his newly-repaired hip.
There's still some ways to go for the 2018 SEC Player of the Year, but he's managed to beat the odds and topple each obstacle he's faced up until this point. Barring a setback, Tagovailoa will be all systems go for his Alabama pro day next month.
