Twitter Went After the Wrong Myles Garrett After Browns Brawl and He Kept the Receipts
By Michael Luciano
Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett, who was just suspended indefinitely after attacking Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph with his own helmet, was mobbed by a host of angry Steelers fans on Twitter desperate to let Myles know what they thought of his bush-league display.
Unfortunately, a good chunk of fans attacked local Michigan sports reporter Miles Garrett (note the spelling), and absolutely harassed some poor guy just trying to enjoy his night.
Luckily, he had a sense of humor.
This was far from one or two knuckleheads getting the name wrong, as the criticisms kept pouring in on Instagram and Twitter.
Someone buy this guy a drink or something, because the amount of Steelers fans that went after this guy is truly comical.
Wrong username and wrong use of "you're". Impressive.
Garrett the defensive end won't play another snap of football in the 2019 regular season thanks to his indefinite suspension. We hope that Garrett the sports reporter avoids the same fate when he punches in today.
