USC Assistant Graham Harrell Reportedly Won't Leave Trojans for Eagles Offensive Coordinator Job
By Alex Coffman

The Philadelphia Eagles still need to make changes after losing the Wild Card game against the Seattle Seahawks and firing offensive coordinator Mike Groh. Head coach Doug Pederson is in search for a new righthand man.
Philly interviewed USC's offensive coordinator Graham Harrell to take the same position with the Eagles, but according to reports, Harrell is expected to remain with the Trojans.

While Harrell's "Air Raid" attack wouldn't have exactly fit the Eagles' current scheme, he's a guy that has experience as a player and coach, meaning he likely would've fit right in with Pederson in terms of diversifying Philly's offense.
This likely would have benefitted quarterback Carson Wentz, who could have had some pressure taken off of him this season after the Eagles suffered countless injuries, leaving him to carry the offense on his back. Harrell's approach is known to provide plentiful quick options in the receiving game, helping the QB make fewer reads while spreading the field.
Graham Harrell is a solid up-and-comer in college offenses. Has an Air Raid background (played QB at Texas Tech under Mike Leach) but does a ton of QB-friendly stuff that he stole from quick-game spread coaches like Gundy and Meyer.

His offenses are fun.
Harrell is set to return for only his second season with USC under head coach Clay Helton as the Trojans look to improve on their 8-5 record from this past year.
Meanwhile, the Eagles are still in pursuit of an OC with names like Jim Caldwell and Mike Kafka entering the rumor mill.
