VIDEO: Loyola Chicago Loses at Buzzer of MVC Quarterfinals and Sister Jean Looks Bummed
By Mark Powell

Say it ain't so, Sister Jean! Once March's darlings, Loyola Chicago was on the wrong side of the Madness this time around. Loyola Chicago, one of the top-2 seeds in the Missouri Valley, lost in the conference tournament to Valpo, who overcame an 18-point deficit and scored the go-ahead bucket just before the final buzzer.

Valpo finished the season just 18-15, good for seventh in MVC play. Eron Gordon made the eventual game-winning basket in overtime, sending the Crusaders (yes, really) to the conference tournament semifinals.
Sister Jean, whose Ramblers were knocked out by an aptly-named school, likely won't make an appearance in the NCAA Tournament this season barring a surprising at-large berth.

Aw, Valpo made Sister Jean sad. Can't we just let Loyola Chicago in anyway?
