Last week, the Carolina Panthers announced that they agreed to mutually part ways with veteran tight end Greg Olsen after a nine-year marriage.

Olsen later claimed the divorce wasn't all that reciprocated, and that might just motivate him to stick it to his former franchise by turning back the clock in 2020.

Lucky for the 13-year veteran, suitors are lining up in bunches to bring him in for an interview following his meeting with the Buffalo Bills, Olsen is reportedly scheduled to visit both the Washington Redskins and, more notably, the Seattle Seahawks.

It would appear that the Seahawks' front office is listening to the requests of Russell Wilson, who, while at the Pro Bowl, said that he wants the team to go out and acquire more superstars on offense.

Of course, Olsen is no longer a world-beater at the tight end position, but Seattle has virtually no threats in the passing game for their All-Pro quarterback behind DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett.

In terms of tight ends, the Seahawks were lifeless. First-stringer Will Dissly ruptured his Achilles early on and still might not be cleared for football activities until training camp. Jacob Hollister was a nice fill-in, but he will become an unrestricted free agent this offseason.

Bringing in Olsen on the cheap would certainly make sense for Seattle, but we'll have to wait and see how his meeting with the organization goes before jumping to conclusions.
