VIDEO: 4-Star Recruit Marcus Dumervil Makes Funny Error While Announcing LSU Decision
By Michael Luciano

4-star offensive tackle Marcus Dumervil hasn't started out life as a LSU Tiger on the right foot. When Dumervil pledged his collegiate career to Ed Orgeron and the Louisiana State University football team, Dumervil appeared unaware of the fact that LSU is indeed an abbreviation.

The University of Louisiana State University. I see nothing wrong with that.
Dumervil is coming to Baton Rouge from the star football payer factory that is St. Thomas Aquinas HS in Florida. Dumervil is an athletic tackle capable of dealing with the fastest edge-bending pass rushers the SEC can throw at him, which will serve him well once AP Coach of the Year Orgeron gets him in the weight room and beefs him up.

Dumervil's slip of the tongue might have been pretty embarrassing, but all will be forgiven if he shuts down the best pass rushers in the country. If he doesn't, you can bet this clip is going to resurface if the likes of Jordan Burch beat him for a sack.
